I believe that:

Every child learns differently. Tuition should be tailored to the individual rather than following a fixed programme.

Confidence comes before performance. Helping children believe they can succeed is just as important as teaching the curriculum.

Relationships matter. I believe that the relationship between a child and their tutor is the biggest indicator of success.

Education should be accessible. High-quality tuition should be affordable and available to pupils from diverse backgrounds.
